Scholarship Application
PlainsWest CASA and the Lori Bartling Memorial Fund will be offering scholarships for education and job training (for general use of education needs including tuition, books, computer, housing, etc.) for youth that received foster care, guardianship, or adoption services in Cheyenne, Kimball, or Deuel Counties in Nebraska.
