CASA is a growing network of ordinary citizens, like you, making an extraordinary difference by speaking up for children in foster care. Whether you volunteer as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) or participate in other ways, just a fraction of your time can impact a child’s lifetime.

Our mission is to advocate (speak for) the best interests of abused and neglected children who are involved in the juvenile court system by addressing

the health, safety, permanency and well being of each child.
